Wraps come in all different shapes & sizes. Wraps start as large sheets of adhesive backed vinyl film designed specifically for vehicle application made available in a variety of styles & finishes. Some wraps are a full color change in matte, satin or gloss finishes, as well as chrome, “carbon fiber” look, and beyond. Vehicle wraps can also consist of printed designs containing imagery, photos, graphics, or branded elements to represent a business or group, or as “accents” on vehicle features like trim, spoilers, hoods, roofs, and trunks. Truly, the possibilities are endless; recent advancements in vinyl production technology has also opened up the possibilities to textured vehicle wraps like leather, alligator, snake skin, or holographic & 3D films!

This answer can depend on the type of vinyl being used and the surface to which it is applied.  High quality vehicle wraps can last anywhere from 5-7 years if professionally installed.  Wall and floor wraps can be a shorter amount of time due to surfaces and amount of traffic.

Every vehicle & application is different, so price really depends on the scope of your vehicle wrap project. A complete wrap includes door jambs, inner door frames, and sills — this level of vehicle coverage is recommended for those who desire a full color change, and is obviously the most costly. Partial wraps without jambs, frames, and sills are cheaper, but ultimately will not have the same illusion as full coverage applications. All of our prices listed are base prices, and will vary depending on the vehicle type, surface complexity, and film used. No, but improper installation or removal can! A bad install means your vehicle’s paint might get damaged from razor blade scratches, and poor adhesion that ultimately leads to wrap failure. Also, if the wrong type of film is used during the application like a sign vinyl with extra strength adhesive or low flexibility, it can strip your paint and cause serious damage if & when it is not removed with care!
The installation is usually completed within one to three days, depending on the size of the vehicle and detail of the wrap. We give our customers a time frame of completion prior to starting the wrap installation.
We recommend hand washing your vehicle with a non-abrasive sponge, soap and water. Do not high pressure wash the wrap, it could cause the vinyl to tear or seems to peel. Avoid using ice scrapers on the windows that have perforated vinyl.

Stain Resistance

Road grime, bird droppings, bug guts, and air pollution will never leave the film stained or yellow, unlike lower quality alternatives.

When exposed to heat, the enhanced clear coat properties eliminate fine scratches and swirl marks over time.

Mirror Smooth Finish

Protection should be indistinguishable from factory paint.

No. While a custom seamless install can be requested and discussed with an added premium, we do not wrap all edges and corners on our install packages. From experience in this industry and seeing vehicles come in for maintenance over the years, we do not recommend custom installs on daily driven vehicles. There is a high failure rate when putting clear bra film under added tension. While it looks cool when installed and on social media posts. It typically has more issues long term. For that reason we stick to Xpel’s experts advice and recommendations.

We install Xpel’s DAP program 100% computer plotted patterns. We extend all edges recommended and marked in the DAP software. Anything you may like extended/wrapped outside of software recommendations will need to be requested separately prior to booking a package.

Today’s Paint Protection Film lasts longer than ever. We have seen cars with older substandard films dry out and yellow within two years. Our film backed by a 10 year warranty to warrant against cracking, bubbling, or yellowing of the film. We recommend adding a Ceramic coating on top of the clear bra for the ultimate longevity of gloss and ease of cleaning.

No. The paint must cure for 30 days before applying clear bra. Aftermarket paint work typically has a higher risk of delamination upon clear bra removal.
